"The house was the perfect size for my two kids and I. Everything was clean and exactly as described in the listing. The house felt very home-y and the kids loved all the books, toys, and the rock painting. The neighborhood was quiet, and everything was just a short drive away. Would definitely stay here again."

"Had a wonderful trip. This apartment is set up nicely. It overlooks the street that is blocked off for outdoor eating at the local restaurants. The shower is HUGE. It was a great anniversary getaway spot for my husband and I. We ate at some of the local spots, hiked in the parks, explored local towns. Everything was so convenient. Highly recommend!"

"Large garage to park in. Check in was very easy. Good amount of space for my husband and 2 dogs. Kitchen was spacious and had everything needed for cooking. The information book left was very helpful. Thank you we had a great stay, and the dogs loved the treats and toys! "

"We really enjoyed staying at this property. The house was clean and well stocked, there were even amenities for our pups like bowls, pick up bags, treats and toys! It's so hard to find a property that takes larger dogs, but this was not a problem here. The fenced yard was perfect for late night let outs and running around. The location is perfect for accessing Starved Rock and Mathiessen state parks with a very useful write up of different hikes at Starved Rock provided in our welcome materials....

"We loved our stay! The house was clean, and the host answered questions quickly. The garden area in the back was a great place to unwind. It is in the perfect location, just steps from restaurants, shopping, and events. It is also very close to Starved Rock State Park. "

"My family and I stayed in the Frances suite. It is very nicely finished, super clean and spacious. The kitchen has all the essentials. We love its location in downtown Utica and right above a coffee shop!"

"Very nice, comfortable home. Exactly as advertised and would stay here again although next time I’m stealing the recliner (it was amazing and we all fought over it.) Elaine was an excellent communicator even giving us warning steps when inclement weather came through. "

"The property is absolutely stunning! Beautifully designed, the host has thought of everything to make your stay exceptional. The beds and pillows are comfortable, the towels are fluffy, the coffee and creamers are plentiful and there are even board games and a travel crib! It was perfect for my family. I wish we could have taken advantage of the super location of this property, but unfortunately we were in town for a funeral and didn’t have time to explore. That being said, I grew up near Utica...

"We wanted to get away for a couple days to see fall colors and hike near Starved Rock. This little house in the small town of DePue IL perfectly met our expectations. We had a great time looking at all the interesting decorations. While in DePue be sure to get a pork tenderloin at Casford’s Crossing!"
