"The 2-bedroom suite during Primavera Sound was worth every penny! Not only for the location (you can't put a price on a 5 minute walk to a festival where you stay up all night and want naps often!), but also the hotel in general. The staff were amazing from the moment we got out of the cab. The plaza security made me feel better about late night comings-and-goings (this area doesn't feel unsafe, but as a woman alone at night, I appreciate the extra presence). "The welcome was "cold," staff unprofessional, no information about the hotel and the surroundings. For me, the hotel should be renovated, because when entering the hotel the smell of the interior is stale, it is stuffy, smells of mold.The The chairs in the lobby are old, not clean.It is very dark.
