"This is a very special hotel. The staff went above and beyond, the restaurant was fabulous, our room was beautiful and the grounds are spectacular, surrounded by vineyards. There is a pond with ducks and two beautiful swans who walk around the property. We arranged in advance for a picnic and had a lovely lunch on a blanket with an incredible view of the hotel, the vineyards, and of course, the swans. The pool, sauna and steam were also terrific. "Don’t know where to start , fantastic and easily the nicest accommodation of any we stayed at in France. The owner hosts are very nice and have done an amazing job with this property. Five rooms in total avaiable for guests , it never felt crowded or uncomfortable. Beautiful gardens and pool to relax and enjoy close proximity to restaurants and a five min walk to the famous Libourne Market. Parking out front free on weekends 5.00 euro on other days . "My husband and I had an incredible stay at Chateau De Ferrand! We stayed for only one night and the room, food, wine, and hospitality were out of this world! We wish we could have stayed longer. Balthazar and Elliot were very attentive, kind, and even gave us recommendations for the next stop on our trip. The views of the vineyards were lovely and it was quiet and serene. If you have the opportunity to stay here, take it!"

"The Chateau du Palanquey is an amazing property. There are only a handful of rooms and it is very secluded. The owners helped us out with wonderful local restaurant recommendations and a brilliant wine experience. I cannot recommend this property more highly. It was magnificent. "

"Ce château est très bien situé dans la région Entre Deux-Mers et à proximité de plusieurs vignobles dont ceux de St-Émilion. L’hôte Sandrine est super accueillante et fait tout pour s’assurer que le séjour soit très agréable. Elle prépare des petits dejeuners copieux et cuisinés maison. Elle partage sa passion pour la viniculture et répond à toutes nos questions. N’hésitez pas! "

"L'établissement est retiré dans la campagne et les bois, tranquillité absolue. Les 5 chambres et un gîte sont situés dans un parc avec la maison du propriétaire. Patronne très accueillante. Petit-déjeuner simple, mais de bons produits. Grande piscine agreable et propre, en plein air. Chambre (la nôtre était une suite) avec beaucoup de place, meublée avec goût, à l'ancienne. "
