"Incredibly beautiful and unique hotel in a centralized location close to a train station. Our suite was gigantic (like 3 big hotel rooms combined). The staff was lovely and very responsive and the breakfast spread was top notch and served in the most beautiful space. My only complaint was the tiny little shower…I could barely fit inside, the water pressure wasn’t great and there was no hand shower. The suite also only had one tiny trash can in the bathroom. "The location was fantastic, near everything, very walkable. Lorenza was a lovely host, making sure we were well taken care of. She gave us tips, directions, and more. The rest of the staff were so attentive and caring. The room was impeccably clean and fresh. Bed and pillows were better than any 5 star hotels we've stayed at. Another bonus is we heard no street noise at all despite being on a busy street. Would highly recommend and stay here again!!"

"The AC did not work as it said it did. It blew hot air. I would not recommend this place seeing as it advertises falsely. It was 36°C in Naples and the room felt like 40°C. The bathroom shower did not hold the water either it would fall out of the base and go onto the floor which risked a leak in the room."

"Our stay here was amazing!!! Such a beautiful property with charm - I loved the hotel patio, the nightly bar out there was great for relaxing after a long day out. The rooms were so clean and comfy. The staff was incredibly helpful!! Shout out to Elena, she was so attentive during breakfast. And a huge shout out to Luca at the front desk - he called a taxi for our very early morning flight, and when a random non-taxi driver arrived and insisted he drive us to the airport instead, Luca stepped in...

"When we initially arrived the road was very busy. But you step through the street door into a very calm and quiet courtyard before going up to the room. Our accommodations were clean, had cold AC, a beautiful bathroom and great host. I wish we could have met her. If you head down the street away from the metro there is fantastic shopping and a beautiful area filled with gorgeous architecture. I’d definitely stay here again."

"this was a disappointing stay. When we booked the room, it was noted that the room was in the Anex building. In reality, the room was located a 10 min walk through a pedestrian (motorcycles allowed), very busy and hectic road. It was an unwelcomed surprise at check in. The staff was friendly and helpful. But we just could overcome the issue with the location; the "anex" building is in a complete different area as the advertised location"
