"We had a lovely time staying here for 3 nights for my family of 4 (2 adults, 2 young kids). The apartment comfortably slept us all and could easily fit a 5th person on the extra pull-out mattress. The whole place was beautifully furnished, and spacious enough to fit all our luggage. "Great service, and excellent hotel. All the staff were helpful from people to help with luggage, reception and house keeping. Good location great room. Only negative is breakfast - provided by third party restaurant in the attached mall. It was ok, staff there were very helpful, not perhaps quality that I would expect from an otherwise excellent place."

"I love the bed and the pillows. So comfortable and clean. But the hotel has no elevators. I had a heavy luggage and it’s a bit challenging to climb up to 3rd floor. The breakfast (kaya butter toast and soft boiled eggs) was good but not the coffee and tea (bland). The staff were excellent."
