"Convenient laundry hotel in Kyoto. Location on Expedia shows it is inside Niji castle but it is a short distance walk away. Use address given on booking to navigate."

"The Nol Hotel was very easy to get to from Kyoto Station and it is centrally located- close to the Nishiki Market and the busy shopping district. We loved walking around the neighborhood, exploring the shops and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. We really liked the small lobby and enjoyed making origami animals with the colorful paper provided.
The washer/dryer worked well once we google translated the directions. The directions from the QR code were complicated and not helpful. I...

"The room was not quite clean. The lack of amenities was not appreciated. When I asked for a toothbrush, staff said I had to pay with CC. Not satisfied with this hotel. However, the restaurant across the street had an amazing fried chicken, gyoza and fried rice."
