This property had great people working at the security gate. Check in was difficult and not in line with the information given to us by the host. We were told to go to the office between 9-5 to get a parking permit but security indicated a paperwork authorization was not yet received by the host. Instructions on how to get into the property confused me a smidgen but I'm new to using VRBO. I wish the Wi-Fi would have worked in the unit.
