"Wir waren zum 2. Mal im WENS Hotel. Check-in war wieder sehr freundlich und schnell. Mein Neffe und wir haben die gleichen Zimmer wie beim letzten Aufenthalt bekommen, danach hatten wir vorher gefragt und es wurde prompt eingerichtet und möglich gemacht. Parkplätze für unseren Transporter gibt es reichlich um das Hotel. Das Zimmer war wieder sehr sauber - die kostenlose Minibar mit leckeren Säften und täglich Wasser sind unschlagbar und definitiv ein Mitkriterium für das Wohlfühlen. Über die...

"Wow! This hotel was wonderful. We had a horrible stay the night before in Cologne and arrived via train quite early so we could visit the Christmas markets. It was raining and we were tired. Upon arrival, we had only intended to drop off our bags but, to our surprise, both of our rooms were ready early so we were able to check in! The rooms were fabulous and had everything you could have wanted. The staff was wonderful. The property was beautiful. Could not more highly recommend staying...

"This is the perfect place to stay downtown. Everything is in walking area. The room is clean, lots of space, kitchen had everything needed. Across is a coffee bar beside is a beer bar. This will be our place when we come back next year. Absolutely amazing."
