"Our room was clean and comfortable and staff helpful, but the room layout was badly planned. You could not see the television from the sofa area. There was no shower screen so we had to have a bath but the soap dispenser fixed to the wall was too far away to reach when seated in the bath."

"We didn't have the breakfast. It looked good though and we were able to purchase coffee/tea from the reception during breakfast time. The communal area was clean and comfortable. The property as a whole looked very fresh and clean, the staff were friendly. Most importantly the bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning worked well too. It is next to the station, which was very convenient for travelling and about a 15 minute walk to the main strip of Leuven. We were at the front of the hotel...

"The breakfast was glorious. Scrambled eggs with a salty ham, pastries, fresh breads, rolls, cheeses, meats, smoked salmon, fresh squeezed OJ and great coffee machine. Up there with the best imho"

"Comfortable facilities, friendly staff. Bathroom was as big as the room itself. Good internet. Staff was kind enough for letting me leave my bicycle at the reception (only space for 1 bicycle) during my stay. The only downside was finding there is easily twice as much space needed for breakfast, as I was told "you can wait or we can find a free seat in a table in use", I was basically told to sit with any other family as there wasn't enough room. This happened as other guests continued to arrive...

"Having read reviews of the property I was a little skeptical about the condition of the property but was pleasantly surprised about how good it was. Very clean, nice clean sheets and towels and lots of room. My only complaints (minor) were that I was I found the apartment cold (could only find one working heater) and that in the bedroom I used there was only one power outlet. All in all I would stay here again and loved how close it was to everything I needed. Excellent value for money."
