Villa San Marco is a beautifully restored, traditional stone building. The apartment occupies the entire top floor of the house with breathtaking views over the Kotor Fjord.

Outside, there is ample free, secure parking on three sides of the villa. Just steps outside your door are a 6m x 12m swimming pool, with a large terrace and pool-side tables, chairs, and lounges. Scented lavender bushes and picturesque pine trees adorn the access road leading from the entrance gate to your doorstep.

The apartment features a wide open living space including large sofa, coffee table and entertainment center, dining table with chairs, custom-designed bar table with shelves and kitchen area. The fully-appointed modern kitchen includes ceramic hob, built-in refrigerator and freezer, washing machine, small appliances, cooking utensils, cutlery, and crockery.

The bedroom has a comfy double bed, 2 night tables with lamps, and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Independent water heater provides plenty of hot water for the apartment. All bed and bath linen are provided. Large independent air conditioning units will keep the apartment cool in the summer.
