"Bij het inchecken werden we geholpen door een vriendelijke jongedame. We waren wat eerder dan de officiele inchecktijd, maar het appartement was al schoon, dus we konden meteen in ons appartement, wat heel fijn was! "Brand new hotel - we stayed in early July 2026 about 10 days after it opened. Rooms clean and comfortable - nice breakfast and amazing private beach (deckchair right by the sea). Downsides: Staff members (receptionists) wouldn't make much effort to try and help - even when there was plenty we can do to make our stay more pleasant. Hotel listed as having pool and spa - but these are not currently available though no one bothered to point this out. Rooms are also listed as Kind Bed - but...

"The property really focuses on health and wellness. The food is all nutritious and healthy and a good variety of options for their breakfast. The rooms are fairly large and ours had a pull up bar. They give you water bottles to use and have water dispensers throughout the hotel which was such a nice touch. The gym is one of the nicer hotel gyms I’ve ever seen. If you’re looking to maintain a routine, it’s a great option. The area itself is near a marina but it’s most high mall like shopping....

"Overpriced and underwhelming. Several hidden charges, including daily residential taxes, insurance and “service charges” which are not disclosed at check in but which you’re billed for at check out (about €20 extra per each day of my stay). You will also need to pay an additional €8 “delivery charge” for room service which is unheard of. Food at the hotel is also very much overpriced and again, not worth it. "The rooms were very spacious and clean. The property was beautiful. A few things to note… The pillows were not down, they were honestly very flat and budget feeling. I didn’t ask for other ones, but I feel like nice pillows should be standard in a 5 star hotel. The beach had a massive shortage of towels (80 towels for a large hotel) people were left waiting an hour or more for clean, fresh towels. "The property itself is amazing. Near by the Porto exclusive area. All the staff are amazing Lobo, Font Desk receptionist, is incredibly helpful. The staff at Murano rest assured me all requests I have been asked The area itself has a lot to do, but without the crowds as the old town has. The Kotor Old Town is about 25 mins away in car. We rent a car and was the best idea."

"Hotel palma is a lovely hotel. The breakfast is included and has good variety each day. The bathroom amenities are excellent and the decor of sage green was very nice. The rooms are cleaned daily and the housekeeping are so nice and helpful. The facilities of the spa and the private beach are great. The only thing was the bar staff were not very welcoming. The bar lady was lovely however the bar men could do with smiling to welcome people in to their hotel. Otherwise a wonderful experience and...

"Never responded to a shuttle request. So I had to rent a car. An added expense. They need someone to responded to multiple requests and messages to the client or Expedia. Breakfast was terrible. Left and not coming back! Stay away , stay Tivat , better hotels."

"We had a lovely stay at R Palazzo. While the hotel is beautiful and the views are breathtaking, it was the staff that really made it special. Everyone who works there is personable, professional, and makes you feel like a VIP guest. They remember your morning coffee orders, ensure you have everything you need, and are just incredibly pleasant to have around. You won't regret staying here."

"I want my money back. I was sold s place that was beach front ,nkt a half mile away from the beach. They didnt even have curtains at my room so I was up at 6am because of the sunlight. Bad bad experience. I tried to move rooms to their closer to the beach unit, but they gad no openings I felt that I was lied to ...complete scam"
