"Struttura molto bella e moderna il nostro appartamento era ampio e ben arredato, dotato di tutto quello che serviva, abbiamo avuto la necessità di comunicare con l'amministrazione in un paio di occasioni ed abbiamo utilizzato la chat ,che è stata soddisfacente e ci ha dato il supporto di cui abbiamo avuto bisogno. "This hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the centre of Reykjavík and all the shops and restaurants. Easy to find free, on-street parking beside the hotel. Room was spacious and comfortable. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was excellent continental breakfast with all the usual things on offer. Well stocked Bonus supermarket about 7 mins away and is a real help for quality produce and snacks if you are visiting on a budget as eating out is very expensive. So much to do in Reykjavík. "Nice apartment -- pick somewhere else if you want to cook. Newly refurbished apartment in an nice older Art Deco era apartment. The apartment itself was stylish and well appointed. Furnishings were relatively new and everything was in good repair. "I did not get my check in instructions ahead of time and was locked out on the first night. I had to pay 244 euros for a hotel. Neither summer day nor Expedia would refund me. Fraud as they blamed each other. The internet did not work in my room and the person who responded could only say “good luck”. Horrible place to stay. Would not recommend either summer day or Expedia. "

"The apartment was great and had everything we needed. There is a small private parking lot, but unfortunately our large van was a bit too big to fit. Plenty of street parking within a few blocks though. Staff were very responsive to messages."

"My friend and I stayed before and after a tour and both visits were very pleasant. The owner was kind, helpful and the room was delightful. I would absolutely stay again. The bus stop was just a short walk away and shops and restaurants were within a few minutes of walking. Highly recommended!!"

"The 20th floor is where it is located. The view was spectacular, the room was gorgeous and breakfast was served in our room. It was so amazing, We had to take a picture. It was just so amazing.
