"Conveniently located, close to Reykjavik and amenities like groceries. Spacious enough for family of four. Having a kitchen was a bonus. Ample parking space at the building."

"The property was represented as an “apartment” see its name, My wife inspected the unit and noted the ”furniture other than the beds. Was absent with only a microwave. Most parking was in rear with long walk to access the unit. Looked like a youth hostel or a dorm room. We couldn’t stay there at all, The location was far from center of Reykjavik.
The manager emailed that he would cancel the reservation WITHOUT CHArge.
II told the general management company that I am going to protest the charge...

"Self check in with door code, underground parking. The room was very clean and had a small kitchenette! Fridge and microwave also.
Also laundry area free of charge in the hallway outside the room! Really enjoyed our stay. If Inhad any questions I emailed and they responded quickly."

"My family of five greatly enjoyed our stay in Reykjavik. The flat provided a nice, cozy central base where we took many day trips exploring Iceland. It was very easy to get to groceries, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The check-in process was a little confusing, but Bjarni was incredibly responsive and ready to help. In the evenings the on-site parking was sporadically available, but we never had an issue with street parking. We would definitely stay there in the future."
