"I was checking out this morning and was waiting in the queue. However, several people who arrived after me were allowed to go ahead of me. When I raised this issue with the receptionist, a staff member named Nazam, he raised his voice at me and told me to go back and stand behind them. I found his behavior rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. This incident completely ruined my day and spoiled what had otherwise been an enjoyable holiday. "The room was nice, small, but very practical. I loved the bathroom (waterfall showerhead, bidet, etc). Checked out the pool on the rooftop and it was really nice too (didn’t get the chance to use it sadly but everyone who was using it looked so happy). The buffet style breakfast in the morning was PHENOMENAL. The mall next door was super useful and you could fine all sort of restaurants,shops, etc. I would love to stay here again when I visit Singapore."

"We arrived 6hrs earlier than our check in time and went out of their way to provide a room so we could rest. The room was immaculate. The swimming pool in the Mayfair section was beautiful amongst rainforest plants. Our room had a balcony. The coffee lounge was open for breakfast lunch dinner until 10.30pm. Reception made sure we had a fixed price for the taxi service. Water was provided in our rooms daily and staff always concerned about our wellbeing. Staff made sure our gluten free options...

"Great location - handy to Orchard Road shopping and the bus lines. We stayed for 2 nights and the accommodation was great for what we needed. There is noisy construction next door from 8am to 10pm at the moment. Comfortable and clean. Would recommend."
