"I was so impressed with our stay that I’m finally motivated to leave a written review on here for (I think) the first time.
I was travelling to Tokyo for the first time with my husband and two daughters (10 & 13) and we were looking for something that was conveniently located close to subway station entrances, convenience stores and ideally grocery stores. My husband is vegan so I wanted the option to prepare food at our accommodations.We also wanted to pack light and be able to do laundry....

"Excellent stay, the small rooms had adequate underbed storage for all our luggage. rooftop view was excellent. wifi was fast, easy acces to asakusa metro and ginza lines.
views of skytree and golden poop buildinhs as well as the sumida river and kaminarimon was just a 8 min walk. Also has good access to the airport by train. Laundry was convenient but the dryers are weak. conbini just across the street"

"We had an awesome stay. The whole apartment was clean, yes it is small, but its big enough for three people. the small kitchenette is perfect to cook wagyu beef. The bedrooms has its own air conditioning unit, the bed sheets and comforters are clean and very soft.
The host is very accommodating as well. Provided all the information that is needed before check in and answered all inquiries in timely manner.

"I am disappointed with this hotel. The pro's included its location and clean bedding, but the con's were numerous. I realize that this was a Japanese-style hotel, but still the room was too minimalistic with only a bed, tiny fridge and two tiny tables. No chairs or dresser. Nothing to put your belongings on. The only window facing the wall of a neighboring building didn't provide any sunlight. The towels had a fishy odor. What what called "breakfast" on the Expedia website turned out to be...

"The location was great and the staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was a nice way to start the day. The bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, body wash as well as a toothbrush and toothpaste. Just be mindful that the room was very tiny! It was hard to move around but expected in Tokyo."

"We stayed at the Annex which is quieter than the main hotel. We were so pleased with the room we had. Checking in was easy. Amenities were in the lobby (not in the room). The room comes with tea and coffee and things to make and drink from. The tv could not be turned over towards the beds, but not an issue. There is a closet not drawers or safety deposit box. The bathroom was great! I hope the photo posts. The hotel has so many, many restaurants inside the hotel, convenience stores, right...

"Hotel was great! Breakfast was a staple every morning! The fresh bakery in the lobby was exceptional! 1st floor and 2nd floor bar/restaurants were delicious. The gym has updated smart equipment. Location was great for the train stations and taxis were always parked outside should you choose that route. Would definitely recommend for an all around perfect stay!"

"Great place all around. Nice firm mattresses. We had a balcony room with a beautiful view of the stadium next door. Its located in a very green space with tons of trees. It does get a little loud with traffice during the daylight hours but that shouldn’t be a problem if you’re planning to be out exploring the city. Staff was very friendly and eager to help. The amenities were great, I just wish they had more washers/dryers. Many guests use this feature and there was quite a big queue. Definitely...
