"I booked this motel for my family who were visiting Auckland to spend Christmas with me, and I was hoping to find somewhere close to the ocean, as we all love the beach.
From the moment I made the booking, the motel owner contacted me and suggested a suite with separate sleeping areas, which was perfect for our family and gave us extra space.
