"This is our fourth time. The Pool Suites are really worthwhile - well set out with large balcony and of course pool. The beach at Khlong Prou is possibly the nicest beach in Koh Chang where the hotel is. The staff are really excellent - Miss Nui, Miss Mod, and Mr Sadam and Mr Zin - english to thai might be wrong - and many other staff really nice and helpful. "Hôtel magnifique,niché au coeur de la jungle. Chambre bien équipée et spacieuse. Le seul bémol est que l'hôtel est loin de tout et qu'il est compliqué de se déplacer autant sur l'île que dans le resort. Le soir, tout est sombre et nous avons évité quelques grosses chutes. Sinon le petit déjeuner est bien fourni et le cadre aussi."

"Nydelig sted med utrolig hyggelige ansatte. Godt vedlikeholdt, rent og trivelig. Ble tatt godt i mot fra første stund og skulle ønske vi hadde satt av mer enn 3 dager. Her er det bare å finne roen og nyte de vakre omgivelsene. Anbefaler virkelig et besøk. Vi drar veldig gjerne tilbake."

"The hotel was right next to the beach with the ability to kayak to other islands directly opposite. The hotel staffs were very friendly and spoke fluent English. There are a selection of shops and restaurant within walking distance. The only annoying thing I found is after every housekeeping, mosquitos often find their way into the room."

C’est un hôtel loin sur l’île mais facilement desservit Malgré mon mauvais anglais, nous avons réussi à nous comprendre avec toute l’équipe très professionnel et disponible à toute heure Encore merci c’était parfait, rendez-vous l’année prochaine comme promis "

"Beautiful location right on the beach. Clean rooms and extremely helpful staff. They helped me rent a scooter when we checked in and they delivered it within 5 minutes. Location is across the street from a 7-11 and a nice steakhouse and other hotels right nearby that were all fun and the area was very nice. Definitely happy I chose this hotel for my stay...we liked it so much we stayed an extra day to relax and enjoy =)"

" Superbe hôtel sans aucun défaut. Tout est excellent. Piscine (eau testée devant nos yeux avec des tubes), Chambre (impeccable grande spacieuse propre odeur plaisante), Petit-Dejeuner (très copieux et très bon, beaucoup de choix, et la vue est magnifique devant les tables), Emplacement (restaurant, 7-eleven, ATM, boutiques tout proche), Plage propre et presque privée (très peu de touristes par rapport à l’endroit où est place l’hôtel). Bref, on recommande 1000x cet hôtel excellentissime....

"Bodde i villa närmast vattnet, helt fantastiskt fina och ligger närmast både restaurang /bar och poolen, mycket bra val! Vi hade 4 villor, alla likadana men det finns bara 3 stycken närmast vattnet och jag kan verkligen rekommendera att välja dessa trots högre pris. Magiskt att sitta och se solen gå ner från verandan. Mycket hårda sängar är allt vi kan klaga på. "

"This property is a couples paradise if your looking for a quiet vacation. Staff is exceptional and every bungalow is positioned for privacy. Great place for rest and relaxation and if you never want to leave the resort, you wont need to. My girl friend and i rented a scooter(moped) from Shantaa and explored the whole island. We only used 1 tank of gas the entire time."
