"Recently stayed at the Dorsett, and unfortunately, it did not live up to the expectations of a premium hotel experience. I received an upgraded room, but surprisingly, it did not include a bathtub—only a standard walk-in shower. For an "upgraded" accommodation, would be expecting a bit more luxury, so this was a bit let down. The most frustrating part of the stay was the state of the hallways. "We liked the cleanliness and the spacious room. Amenities were great and the convenience of the shopping mall was very helpful. What we don't like is that, the hotel do not have a laundromat in the hotel itself. It will be great to have one situated in the hotel. If not, hotel should at least provide information of the nearest laundromat and ways to get there"
