"This place was very nice. Front desk associate was friendly and helpful. The only thing not so good was I found the bed to be a little less comfortable than other hotels I've stayed. Not as soft."

Comfort Inn & Suites Knoxville West
"We had a 2 nite stay. The room was not "cleaned" / attended to after the first nite. One wastebasket was emptied and 2 new towels - that was all. rug in some hallways needs replacing. Breakfast area chairs are all torn up and need replacing. I stay at Comforts all the time and this was really bad. ..."
