"This is the nicest facility we have stayed at, it’s beautiful, we were moved to a ground floor suite ,since my family member had difficulty walking, Emily was fantastic! I was so excited to be able to sit on the back porch of the room, we had ducks visit and at least 6 black and grey squirrels. I cannot tell you in enough words how fantastic this place is! If there was a 10 star rating this wonderful resort would receive it. Dan the Maintenance manager was so kind. The interior was spectacular...

"The most impressive part of my stay, and the reason I will continue to use this as my hotel of choice when I come to Cleveland for work (Cleveland Clinic) is due to Pamela at the front desk. Amazing customer service!!! Her professionalism, kindness and efficiency is inspiring, and sorely missing from most other hotels in the area. "The room was a bit run-down, and it took them overnight to clean up a mess in front of the elevator. Otherwise they'd of had a perfect score. The breakfast was the best! That alone got them a better score. The room was nice, but our wall had some wear on it, and the shower had some chips in it. So not perfect, but nothing that really affected the comfort. The staff not cleaning the huge, muddy mess infront of the elevator was the biggest complaint. "
