Another staff member arrived and politely and patiently waited until the receptionist had finished checking me in, before she spoke to the receptionist I commended both staff on that. "The staff in the reception area are all smiles and have top-class interaction with you as you check in. "The beds and pillows were very comfy. We enjoyed the 2 bed 2 bathroom option as an affordable option for a quick overnight stay with our friends. Only suggestion: we would prefer some fresh milk rather than the long life capsules as we couldn’t find a place to buy fresh milk. But that is our only complaint!! Will be back again."

"It was very walkable and attached to all the major transportation types you could ask for. This allowed my wife and I a lot of freedom of movement for dining, exploration of the city and countryside, and basically to have a wonderful time. The wonderful breakfasts kicked off our day great!"

"This was surprisingly excellent. I was a bit nervous after reading some of the reviews, but our 21st floor unit was excellent - a bit tatty, but very clean, with a full and well stocked kitchen - oven, microwave, hobs and dishwasher. Amazing views too, and a small balcony. The level 4 pool, hot tub, gym and relaxing area were very nice, clean, and well patronised. We couldn’t get the wifi to work, and one lift was out for service, but minor issues. The location is awesome too - a few minutes...
