"Did not have a very good experience as the pull out bed that my granddaughter had to sleep on had been wet on by the last Travellers .As it was after hours when we noticed the problem, we where asked to put couch cushions on floor for her to sleep on. In the end my daughter and 2 grandchildren ended up traveling home to their own beds. Very upset as myself and grandson spent the night by ourselves before traveling home to New Zealand the next morning."

"The property was lovely, great location if you have transport and don’t want be in the city and also super handy to the airport. Was very disappointed with the service after checking out and we had left an expensive item in the room. Took several days with phone calls, an email and several staff members to even action a look in the room or asking housekeeping. My item was not returned so therefore stolen/taken by either housekeeping or the next guests in the room. So disappointing! If actioned...

"I arrived from an international flight, the booking was made by Expedia. A human made me type all my details into a machine to get a key card at 10 pm. In the morning I had just dressed and was putting my shoes on when another guest walked into my room. The night Manager trite tell me I must have not closed the door properly. I said doesn't the weight of the door close it automatically? I tried x10 to not close the door its not possible. He said she didn't use her key card but she held it up to...

"This motel accommodates exactly what you need. It’s a reasonably priced motel, in a great location for the airport and is clean. There are minor renovations going on around the reception, and I hope they look at upgrading the bathrooms in the rooms next."

"It was nice to be able to just pick up the key and go to the room without having to check in at a reception. Likewise for checking out. Spacious room with everything we needed, although it would have been good to have a few more sachets of coffee, sugar etc"

"King Deluxe Room was VERY spacious - capacity when booking online says 2ppl but would fit another 1-2 rollaway beds (if it was available) for kids up to 12-15yrs, or even a small round dining table as a place to eat. Bathroom was great space too, and full-size mirror (a lot of hotels don't have this). Great location esp with Woollies and a lot of dining options literally footsteps away. "The rooms were clean and tidy"

"Well, it was quiet a surprise for an older building. Room was very fresh, had everything i needed, jug toaster, microwave. Coffee and tea supplies, even a biscuit or two. enjoyed my chocolate left on the bed. I had dinner at the bistro, Tuesday night is steak night, and it was cooked to perfection."

"The hotel is really lovely with gorgeous beach views but it is starting to show to wear. The toilet seat was broken, the shower head was falling apart, and the curtains were useless resulting in being woken up with the sunrise. Everything else was good. Happy I brought my earplugs as the construction work next door was loud Monday morning. "

"Room 33 Family of 4 our stay was amazing, we were able to check in early, staff were friendly. Clean rooms, very comfortable, parking was available either infront or on the side of the rooms. Train ststion nexr door, didnt phase us still a good stay. Thankyou"
