More concerning, guests were openly smoking marijuana at the main entrance, which was unpleasant and inappropriate. We were initially assigned a room on the 3rd floor, but a group of young men were loitering in the corridor, whispering comments like "a family is here" when they saw us — which felt uncomfortable and unsafe. "I only stayed one night so I can only comment on a few things. Our room was clean and the staff I engaged with was friendly and helpful. One disappointment was that there is a $9 fee for a parking pass for their lot. I think that’s ridiculous. I travel often and I’ve never been charged a fee to park in the hotels lot."

"The property do not have gurage but they charge 15$ /day for parking whee none monitor in and out and plenty of open parking available in premisis. They did not clean the room after first day. The bath towels were wet to use for second day. They did not give a water also in room to use coffee maker. They did not even refill the decaf pouch for second day. . The key was not working on my rentun on second day in the night for no reason. Kids were sleeping I made them wait near the door for 5...

"Breakfast was free and tasty. Staff was friendly. There is parking for 10.00 a day but it is limited. Nice room. Had a pool and gym but did not use either. The hotel is close to Franconia station to hop on the Metro. Very convenient."

"It would have been good to know that this property was “under renovations”. The lobby was non existent and the over all aspect was bad. Old and dingy. The pain peeling off the walls even in the rooms. Whitt that being said I will say the staff were nice and helpful an understand that the propert condition was not their fault. Breakfast was included. But their cafeteria area looked like what a Waffle House would be. The plus on this property is that they had clean and comfortable beds....
