"Gina and staff were warm and friendly. When our toilet clogged, we got upgraded. When we needed a delayed checkout, they accommodated. We had a fire for a cold night and got delicious eggs and crispy bacon for breakfast. Highly recommend for those lovers of all things Italian. "

"Everything was okay but in the pictures of the listing it was a regular condo and then we get there we end up in a basement. It was fine and nice but a little more obvious when renting a basement for 1700 would be nice"

"Very quaint boutique hotel in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Staff was very friendly and helpful, always greeted us when we came in. Easy walk to all kinds of shops and restaurants. Room was clean and fairly updated for an old hotel."

"I forgot an art print here in my room. $50 Print. A normal hotel you could call somebody because housekeeping would turn it into lost and found. With this place, the email for customer service returns as doesn’t exist. The phone number direct you to the website which has no way to talk to anybody. So because they have absolutely no contact with their customers, I am out of $50 art print from my vacation. And that absolutely sucks. It was a small but acceptable room for what you pay. "Have stayed on many occasions at the Claridge as it is a smaller hotel and located just where I like to be on the Gold Coast. Staff super friendly and helpful, have a nice happy hour. Only issue I had this trip is that our room was a terrible design, particularly that of the bathroom which seems to be stuck in where they could fit it. Difficult to navigate during the night, tight quarter and awkward door position. Other than that , had a great stay but would not stay again in that room"
