She was a credit to the hotel, worked hard and clearly cared about the guest experience. Sabrina was also thoughtful as she knows the other issues we experienced (nothing to do with the hotel) following a recent visit to Mexico. We originally booked an accessible room. We did so purposefully because that room had a king sized bed. Unfortunately the room was tidy but was...

"A excellent stay prior to a flight from Bristol Airport. Restaurant was excellent with a good selection of food and drinks. The staff made you feel welcome. Car parking was great and only 15-20 minutes from the airport. Will definitely stay again."

"A very cool/reserved welcome. Check-in seems like an effort. Quickly settled and sat outside for a drink - went inside because the language was disgusting. The swearing inside was no better and neither was the misogynistic comments from the senior members. Good place to stay but let down by the clientele"

"The staff were very friendly and the location was great! We visited during an extreme heat wave and unfortunately it was uncomfortable sleeping. The staff provided a room fan when we requested, but unfortunately the 2nd floor was an oven. This is no fault of the staff or property, it was just an anomaly of the weather."

"Rooms need a bit of maintenance.. Toilet roll holder, basin tap & shower all loose .. Staff were lovely but from the minute we arrived we were told the restaurant and bar shut early. Why ? Our table was at 5 pm and we felt rushed !! Shame."

"A very nice hotel, the rooms at the rear of the hotel were former farm buildings which have been completely renovated. There is a wet room ensuite which is well appointed. The restaurant has a good choice of food which is excellently cooked and presented. The breakfast menu which has to be ordered the evening before was slightly confusing until I worked out that the price stays the same and you just tick your personal choices. Well sited and only 6 minutes from the Bristol Airport Silver Zone...

"The B&B is definitely the best in my experience. Bedroom as well as bathroom are very clean and tidy. The paper folders in bathroom is antique-wise. Also electrical equipments are convenient and cool. Coffee server and fridge are stylish. Lights are well designed. Breakfast is delicious and plenty. Graham’s homemade jams are excellent. All aspects are perfect for my family. Thanks Graham. Best regards"
