"Excellent location, a beautiful setting with great amenities and access to everything Incline Village and Lake Tahoe has to offer. To pick one fault however, it was the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms and properties. Upon arrival, we found food crumbs and popcorn on the bedroom floor. We had a 6 night stay and did not receive housekeeping one time - we had to visit the front desk to request additional toilet paper and fresh towels (family of 5). "The room was clean and very cute however there was no one at the front office when we got there and their maintenance man saw us in the parking lot asking for our contact info without ever telling us who he was. He was trying to be helpful but I except someone to be available at the office upon check in. In addition there was work being done in the room above us and all kinds of of banging happening until 11 at night and then again starting at 6 AM"

"Ridge Sierra apart/hotel was exactly as described. It's an apartment operated like a hotel. Located on the back side of Tahoe, it doesn't offer lake views, but the sweeping valley view was impressive. It was a perfect fit for our group of six and the 11:00 a.m. checkout gave us plenty of time for a leisurely morning and breakfast with our four teens. There are a few quirks worth mentioning.
