"This hotel is in a great location if you want to be near Times Square/ Bryant Park. It was fine for my needs this trip.
Strangely there was no soap in my room other than body wash in the shower.
Also missing: a lightbulb for the main lamp and stir sticks for coffee.
Loud noises from the refrigerator that began around 3 am."

"The staff did not go above and beyond and were sometimes rude. We also forgot a pair of headphones, and no one was willing to help us or even pick up the phone to assist in getting them back.
Service was slow, and the hotel looks much better in photos than it does in reality. Overall, it felt like the staff didn’t want to be there."

"This is for the traveler who wants to be walking distance to broadway/Times Square action. The room is small, clean, and very basic but very comfortable for a night’s sleep.
Food and entertainment choices are plenty outside your door. Coffee and filtered water are available on the basement and 2nd level lounge.
No elevator so not recommended for those with mobility issues."
