"The room WIFI wasn't working (important to international travelers). After 30 minutes of trying, went to the front desk, where they said it wasn't working. They did give us the staff login, but I thought this was something that could have been mentioned at check-in."

"The room was clean and spacious. Cooking facilities adequate and check-in was really easy. It wasn’t as modern as the photos looked but it wasn’t bad just a bit dated. The air-conditioner was needed for heating but only blue cool air. We just turned it off we had had packed warm clothes so it turned out to be no problem. Outdoor sitting area was lovely. Although not right in the centre of town, it suited our needs as we were able to cook our own meal at night without the need to go out."

"At a time of great distress I was extremely grateful to be able to stay in an area close to Bathurst Hospital, even though it was very hot I was able to come home to a pleasant house. i do have one suggestion and that is as I am elderly I find it is much easier if you have a handhold in the shower so as not to slip. Otherwise everything was okay. thank you."
