"I stayed here for 2 nights. High expectations due to rating of 9,8 and price of 750Euro for 2 nights In that respect, It was a disappointment. It’s a nice hotel, central, okish. Staff very helpful and friendly….but few When I arrived , I thought it was a mistake. Its among many hostels, and outside/entrance reminded me of a boutique small hotel/hostel.. I stayed in Lyall Melbourne. That was a true 5 star boutique hotel in a very nice area. Ok, prices differ between Sydney and Melbourne, but...

"The room was very clean and spacious! There is a fridge, kettle and a coffee machine but no microwave. Whenever I got food delivered, I had to throw away whatever I couldn't finish as there was no way to reheat it (you could go down to the lobby and wait there if someone got it done for you but I'm not doing that at night in my PJs). The aircon was pretty good but it did not cool the entire room, only the direction it was aimed at."

"The location is near the Central Station and the L2/L3 station. It's also near Asian restaurants, and because of that, the area is a little untidy. The hotel is a little old, and feels like a 4-star hotel at most, rather than 5-star. The guest service is actually non-existent. As an example, the iron was missing from our suite, but after calling the guest service and asking the front desk in person, it was promised to be sent to our suite but we didn't get it.
