"On arrival there were no car parks left. We asked for a bit more detail and she didn’t know. Might think it’s good to know the local area. Email from the hotel said free parking on the road but had to pay $13.00. A few things in the room need to be repaired. Check out wasn’t much better than check in. Not very friendly at all. Good location but could have better service and knowledge of the area. Not sure if I would stay there again"

"Rooms are really nice, the lady who checked me in, was quite rude as i was parked outside in space 1 marked for Ramada, i checked in and paid for secure parking, but was told to move immediately and leave my bags etc at the counter, she stated to park in the space behind reception, which I did as I have parked there previously. To be then told i parked in the wrong spot !! She failed to give clear instructions"

"Great location and close to a lot of good eating places! One bedroom apartment was very spacious even with all our luggage spread out and staff was so helpful and accommodating! We asked if they happened to have a bath mat for the tub, and they delivered one to the room very quickly. The in unit washer/dryer with laundry powder also made it very convenient to do laundry. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Auckland!!"

"This is a super modern and high-end unit. While the room was great, we mostly enjoyed the free spa and heated pool. The breakfast buffet is one of the best we've ever had too! Highly recommended."

"Oddly, despite everything being quite clean, the first thing that happened was I stepped on a tooth on our floor in our room. So they lose points for that. But staff was helpful and they made sure i got my camera I'd left behind when checking out."

"Room was very good - well equipped There was no information about how to separate waste for recycling The air con cannot be adjusted (only done centrally) and the fan over the cooker was constantly on. Neither good for saving energy. Also the windows don’t open."

"This hotel was perfect for my work trip to Akl. It had blinds that blocked all light, a super comfy bed, great shower, and was really quiet - these are my must haves for work travel. In addition the location was great, staff were wonderful and the room was excellent. Will definitely stay here again. "
