"Lovely clean room, friendly staff, very festive with mincepies and mulled wine available in reception, in the afternoon. Would recommend the dining room to eat in the evening, great service, delicious food and lovely friendly staff. Breakfast was incredibly busy but the quality of food was excellent and service managed well. Would happily return. "

"My go to hotel when staying in this area. Stayed there monthly for the last year or so. Rooms are starting to get a bit worn, stains on the blinds, carpets etc. The bed is always clean and comfy, will still use this location going forward, and hope the rooms get refreshed. "

The room was quiet, well-lit, and thoughtfully laid out, with plenty of storage and convenient amenities. I especially appreciated the clean bathroom and strong water pressure in the shower. The kitchen was a huge bonus—fully equipped, clean, and easy to use, which made cooking meals really convenient....

"Clean room and shower. Comfortable bed. First night was really noisy and we couldn’t sleep (room 104 , just in front of the reception door) but next day, lovely lady from reception gave us a room on first floor, at the end of corridor and we slept really well! Thanks for her! Also, they have really good restaurant, we had awesome dinner there. "
