"REEL SALTY" Located in the heart of KDH!

Located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills at MP 7 in the Sea Holly Ridge neighborhood! It's a short distance (0.3 of a mile) to the nearby shopping center that has Belk, Food Lion, and restaurants (Max's Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria, NY Bagels, and China King)! It's approximately 0.6 of a mile to the nearest beach access and 0.4 of a mile to the Bay Drive multi use path where you can walk or bike with views of the sound! The movie theater is a quick 3 minute drive and the Wright Brothers National Memorial is approximately a 5 minute drive away! The property offers four bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queens, and 2 Twins) and two of those are primary bedrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs) with full bathrooms! The third bathroom is located in the hallway on the second floor. The living space is open concept with enough seating for the whole family! There's plenty of space under the home for relaxing or you can soak up the sun on the spacious deck! There's enough parking for up to 5 vehicles (4 in the driveway and 1 under the home). Out back, you will find a charcoal grill, outdoor shower, and a fully fenced in backyard! NOTE: SHEETS AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED; PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY.

Reel Salty was a wonderful venue. The house was clean, spacious, and included a washer and dryer. The downstairs was like its own separate apartment… with a bedroom, livingroom, bathroom and tv. The neighborhood was quiet and only a 2 minute drive to the beach. The foodlion, Publix, Target, and restaurants were literally around the corner. Check in was smooth. We definitely recommend.

Everything was good, we had an excellent stay and everything in the house worked out fine. My only gripe would be not finding a wooden cutting board. I like to cook and using the plastic cutting sheets was cumbersome. Other than that the kitchen was well outfitted. You can get a heavy duty Boos Block cutting board for a couple hundred bucks that would last a lifetime and I doubt anyone could damage or would want to walk off with.Thanks for helping with the internet connection, we appreciate how quickly you replied.The master bedroom pillows were fantastic. I forgot my pillow from home and the ones provided excellent.I would stay here again.

Great location and cozy place. Host had great communication. Only draw back was having to bring your own linens and towels. Thankfully the host reminded us of this before we left. This was a motorcycle trip so packing had to be limited.

This house is in 4 star condition. Everything worked fine. Kelsey, please update the VRBO listing for wifi - it is outdated. Please also consider providing linens: both my wife and I had to scramble at the last minute to get sheets for beds and towels...very few OBX rentals come without sheets and towels...it caught up by surprise.

Very Nice Place

This home was very clean and comfortable. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it was very roomy. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals. Everything seemed to be well maintained.

Great stay and perfect location

A great stay for me and my friends! We visit OBX at-least once a year for a car show and try a new house every year. This house is so conveniently placed it just might become out repeat rental year after year as long as its available. Plenty of space, nice house and even has 1 down stairs room so the kiddo could sleep with the big kids had fun. Definitely recommend this host and property!!

Absolutely beautiful home .

This property is well maintained very clean and every room was beach themed decorated . They have you bring you own towels and sheets, and that wasn't even an issue since it had a washer and dryer . Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Peaceful place to stay . Would definitely book this house again .

Beautiful beach house

Reel Salty is a beautiful beach house! We loved the beach decor throughout the whole house, and we appreciated the added touch of a lovely Christmas tree in the living room. The kitchen was fully stocked, The owner responded quickly to any questions I had. Highly recommend.

The house appeared to be recently remodeled, with some ongoing updates, as evidenced by boxes of flooring materials stored in the closets. It was cozy, tastefully decorated, and offered a comfortable space for our stay. We were in town for the half marathon, and the house served as the perfect landing spot for our weekend.
