"We had a family group of 21 at the Log Inn and had a great time! The listing is accurate to the letter & the property is lovingly maintained. Got to chat with Jerry briefly - he is a treat! Make sure to appreciate his original artwork. The place is super clean. It has the odd small scrape or scuff, which is inevitable for a place so big. It is VERY well equipped including bath towels, linens, even toys. The kitchen has every appliance you can imagine & service for 40 was not an exaggeration....

"Great lake view from porch & cabin, even from the bed! Cozy cabin fully furnished, just need to bring the groceries. Firepit right out back door & porch is furnished, so no need to bring chairs. Pet-friendly. Lake dock out back for fishing & boating. Very quiet, off season. We will go back!"

"10/10! Came into town for a volleyball tournament and the host was quick for communication and accommodations. Property was perfect for the three of us. Very Close to lots of food options & groceries. We are from Michigan and it happened to be very nice here and the outdoor pool at the neighboring building was phenomenal for some last min sun. If we ever make it back to Mankato this will be the FIRST property that I look for. You will not regret it! Thank you so much! "

"The property was beautiful inside and out. Lots of spaces for gathering. Made good use of the kayaks and paddle boards. The lake is so calm and serene. The kitchen works well for a crowd, but could be better stocked and organized. Our family had the best time and would definitely go back!"

"We had a wonderful fun filled week at your vrbo. We also rented the pontoon which we were able to use everyday. Really enjoyed taking sunset rides in it. Very nice lake. Plenty of room for our family of 12. Would definitely go back again. "

Perfect spot for a large family get together with so many outdoor activities and indoor fun with the game room. If I could give this 10 stars, I honestly would. "This was a match made in heaven for a family with kids aged 4-10! There were so many crafts, games, and activities to do with the kids that were provided in the basement by the host, along with a toy box and kids books to read in the living room connected to the deck. The basement was perfect for them to run around. And the host even provides a gate for the stairs for littles and the fenced in yard was A GOD SENT! The deck was perfect for peaceful nights after the kids were in the bed. There was...

"This was an amazing place!! Perfect for my wife and 11 year old son as we visited big brother at Shattuck St Mary’s! My little guy got to fish and we saw lots of fish action around the dock. I just couldn’t find the right bait!We were able to make breakfast easily in the morning!If there are SSM Families looking at this property, it was less than 20 minutes to campus!We will be back!"
