Perfecto para una familia de múltiples generaciones para crear recuerdos inolvidables. Única casa de troncos de la década de 1880 escondida dentro de una casa colonial de dos pisos con el antiguo carácter y encanto de Vermont. Rodeado de plantas nativas, árboles y tres pequeños puentes sobre pequeños estanques y arroyos. Con más de 583 pies lineales de Lakeshore, 405 pies lineales de pequeño arroyo y 1100 acres de Madison Lake (hoyo más profundo a 60 pies con mucha estructura de leucomas). Dorothy was super responsive even when she was not around and was taking care of sick, she was always available to answer back and help. Huge property with nice rooms and furnitures. I would love to come back again.

Great experience, lots of space for people to spread out. Hosts are amazing! They did a lot to make out stay easy and comfortable. We were there for a Christmas gathering so we didn't do too much outside. Some of our group did go ice fishing. Great experience, I would definitely recommend!

A fabulous place to host our grooms dinner as we got married at Ahavah Cottage! The venue only lets you have an hour so having a place to gather afterwards that was close and large enough to host a catered meal was important. Plenty of rooms, very large kitchen and everyone was pleased! Plus, how sweet to leave treats, wine, and a note for us! Our only note is that a little later checkout would have been nice, but not that big of a deal.

My entire family gathered here for labor day weekend and everyone enjoyed their stay. We had 16 people. There was more than enough room for everyone to have their own space and not feel crowded. Having most everything on one level was important as one family member has mobility issues and was able to function fully with the one bedroom on the main level. The kitchen had an overwhelming amount of dishes and supplies for meals. The garage was a fun hangout for our crowd and there were plenty of games indoor and outdoor to choose from. The property is beautiful with little trails to the lake. We weren’t able to utilize the lake front for swimming but found 2 beaches on the lake very close by either by boat or driving. The host was quick to respond to questions that popped up along the way.

The house was well equipped with supplies and cooking accessories. The game room was an excellent addition. The house fit our needs very well with all the bedrooms and bathrooms. We struggled with having enough hot water. Some of the walls and doors really need a scrubbing. The outside appearance really needs attention. The siding needs power washing and the landscaping needs some work.

We go On a family weekend every year. The house accommodated our large group and was well stocked with everything we needed. The beach was not far away and the fishing was awesome. It was a great place to stay and we made lots of memories!

We had multiple family members spending Father's Day with 2 fathers and 2 grandfathers. We wanted to get together to play games and get some fishing in for the fathers with their 10 children under 11 years old. They were able to fish from the docks and bridges. This house had everything we needed. Dorothy had many special amenities for us, making us feel welcome. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment that made serving meals easy. There was plenty of room for everyone. We had a great time.

Log Inn was such a great place to stay. We stayed here for our wedding and the place was very welcoming, clean, cute, everything you need to have a gathering. The garage was a fantastic addition, the host was super accommodating, flexible, and great communication. 10/10!

We enjoyed our stay. Manager was very friendly. A very fun place to stay. Three families 72-3 yrs old. Ice fishing was very good. So many rooms and bathrooms made for good sleeping and privacy. We enjoyed looking at the art work and details about the log cabin, which is part of the house. Great place for families. Thank you

Property was roomy & clean & well laid out for our group - beds were comfortable. Our host was attentive and welcoming - the lack of snow in December put a damper on our outdoor plans, but there was plenty of other things to do in the area. A great spot for our large group of grandkids, adults kids, teens & adults - game room was a great space & we made a lot of food in the kitchen!

We were so surprised at how big it was! It really fits a large group nicely. Loved the extras. We were gifted bottled water, wine and snacks and everyone was so impressed by that. The kitchen is very well equipped. We would come back.

Very family friendly from babies to adult. Plenty of space for a large group of people to stay. Owner and manager very friendly and helpful!! Would note the docks could be sturdier and made kid friendly. The outside of the home needed cleaning and some TLC. Overall we had a great stay and would return.

The home and property are ideal for large group. There are gathering places for the group and plenty of space to spread out for games, quiet time, indoor activities, and lake fun. We loved our stay so much! Plenty of room for 14 of us (10 adults and 4 kids). Each family had their own room. The whole house was stocked with everything you could need. Loved having a washer/dryer. Also the access to the docks and all water craft equipment was awesome! Dorthy (manager) and Jerry (owner) answered questions right away and helped create a wonderful weekend retreat. Loved how close we were to the bike trail. We rode to the small town (go get ice cream at scoops) and the larger town (Mankato). Beautiful bike trail. We would definitely stay again.

We and our family had just a great time. The house was very clean and the hospitality of the Host and the Owner couldn't have been better. They did everything to please - and they did. WE had only one slight problem and they were on it immediately. The 9:00 a.m. check out time was a little stessful but we made it work and they were very appreciative.

This place is awesome!! We went there with a group of adults for my husband's 40th birthday. The place was clean and Dorothy was amazing at communication. She gave me a tour of the grounds and pointed out all of the different areas: fire pit, fish house, dock and kayaks. Any questions we had were answered very quickly. They were very accommodating for a late check out. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. One of our guests said it was the best place we have stayed!

Great house, room for our whole group(25). Well stocked and great management/ communication. Only problem was the bugs outside. Our group went through 6 full bottles of bug spray and 4 more half bottles. Everyone is covered in bites. Lots of water around the property and mucky ponds in front of the house. If you plan on staying inside this house is AMAZING. I would stay here again.
