"I booked 2 rooms, advertised differently and at different prices. they were identical in size and quality, as they were both filthy. my room had evidence of the previous guest, soap bottles were lying around, the ground was greasy and disgusting, the shower was filthy and full of hair"

"The room was not ready when we opened the door, had to call down to get it cleaned, the hallways and corridors are filthy, the one-bedroom suite is well set up, the cooktop was an induction cooktop but no induction cookware at all. Staff was good, BUT the day before we left at 10 a,m one of the staff members walked into our room without knocking, apparently he was in the wrong room, luckily for us, my wife and I were not being naked and intimate on the sofa again at that time. "To begin, it took over an hour to check in. Granted, we came about 30 minutes before check-in so we understandably waited, but was confused when it was well after the stated check in time.
