During our stay, one of the travelers in our group who uses a wheelchair unfortunately injured himself in the shower. The way the management and staff handled the entire situation was exceptionally professional in every respect. We felt very well cared for and highly recommend this hotel."

"Probably one of the best hotel gyms I’ve seen and it has one of the best views of the city by the rooftop pool. By far one of my favorite, the only bad thing is the front desk took a picture of my passport with his personal phone after I had already checked in and sent a copy of my passport. That was weird, but outside of that great stay. "

"Fint værelse. Dog er billederne fra deres fineste værelse og det er ikke det man skal forvente. God rengøring - som dog kom ind og gjorde rent selvom man havde “do not disturb” til. Lidt vanskelig kommunikation med receptionen som ønskede at vi kommunikerede over WhatsApp. "

"First before arriving I got two messages offering the use of their car to pick me up from the airport for $35. I hired a Grab car for $15 so I appreciate the offer but decline. Very easy to find Grab cars when you arrive at Tecno airport…just go to the far left. Huge sign, you can’t miss. I get to the hotel and the entrance is very modest, on what looks like a small side street. I thought I was at the wrong place but I wasn’t. The entrance is fit for a 2 star hotel. But then you walk in....

"Had an excellent stay here. The location is superb and within minutes of EVERYTHING. The view of the river and walking street was gorgeous. Look forward to staying here again on my next trip to the city."
