"nice, clean and friendly hotel."

"It didn’t have a coffee machine"

"Never disappointed by this hotel. The revamped courtyard allows to spend good evenings in-house, and better location for breakfast. Staff was great and helpful. The hotel is really well located, walking distance from Dubai Mall, souq Al bahrar, Burj Khalifa!"

We could easily walk to Dubai Mall, the Fountain and Burj Khalifa, which made exploring Dubai so convenient. A special mention to the team, who were wonderful...

Clear, consistent communication would have avoided a lot of frustration...

"Room needs renovation. No housekeeping. Room was in bad condition. Staff was very helpful and kind."
