"Kichijoji is close to my home town. I’m so happy that I could find this apartment at Kichijoji near Kichijoji station. I was looking for the room a studio style. Because this trip is just by myself. Not with my family. This room is for a young couple or a single. Not for older couple because it’s small size studio. The room is clean and cozy. There is an umbrella in closet which I could use in rainy day that was unexpected during my vacation. And I did a lot of laundry, I could hang wet...

"Great location. There is a metro 2 mins from the hotel and lots of dining options. Shibuya is a 5 min walk away. Only downside is the rooms are tiny. For two people book the largest room. I had to climb into bed via a corner of the room. Check in and check out was super easy and quick. Staff are very attentive and friendly."

"Very accommodating to specific requests, no feather comforter or pillows in the room, since I’m allergic (pictured) The property is in a very upscale neighborhood. One thing that I’m a little unsure of is the logic of truly waiting until 3pm sharp to check in. By then, the waiting area was clustered & they had a long line by 2:50pm. I get check in is 3pm but if the room is ready at 2:30pm why not slowly let the guest precheck in? Or check in? However, our overall stay was good. Completely...

"Great location to train station and shopping centres. Wonderful park walk up to sky tree. Restaurants in the hotel were very expensive for evening dining. Restaurants around the hotel were disappointing or set up for tourist. As a family of 4 we mainly ate at 711 or Burger King near the hotel. "

"The only thing i can complain are the sheets and pillows of the bed. Comparing the perfect score i can give on everything else in this hotel. This is the only part that it lacks. You can leave all your toiletries at home, they even have that covered and not cheaply. "
