"The hotel is not nearly as beautiful as it is in the pictures. I am sure it was amazing 5 years ago but it has fallen into a bad state of disrepair. A colony of bats made a home inside and leave their droppings all over the hallway and in room #4 if you are lucky to get that one. Room #1 smelled of raw sewage. However, the wifi is blazing fast and works all over the property and beach. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. I just wish the owners would invest a little in repairs and clean out...

"This property is beautiful and breathtaking. The views and the finishes are immaculate. Everything was clean and luxurious. The food and the staff on the other hand were not. It took over an hour for our food and waters to come. The orders were totally wrong. 2/3 of us actually got sick because they did not listen to our food allergies. "Das Zimmer (Deluxe Villa) war ganz gut, nicht super luxuriös aber recht gut. Kapsel-Kaffemaschine, Kühlschrank, Himmelbett, innen- und Außendusche. Terrasss und Meerblick. Personal fantastisch und sehr freundlich. Der General Manager Ajaywar sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Anlage ist wundervoll. "Wonderful! The staff can't do enough for you. The hotel is clean, the rooms are lovely, the view spectacular. From Yacinta at the front desk, to Agustino, Kelvin and Alfred in the bar and restaurant, to Chef Ali and the delicious food, every one really cared for us and wanted to make sure we were having a great time. Even the groundsmen and the housekeepers had a lovely smile and ask about your day, honestly I can't speak highly enough. A great experience, wish we didnt have to leave!"
