"I arrived at the property and was immediately disappointed. I didn't check -in. No elevator to the 2nd floor. I had several bags. The property looked run down. I was changing property due to a negative experience with another hotel. Sooooo disappointing because you cannot get a refund through Expedia. I will no longer use Expedia and other on-line booking outlets. Just cannot rely on the hotel ratings."

"Hot tub outdated only had upper jets. Leak under kitchen sink. Coffee maker is a Keurig single serve. No carpet in the room was nice. Much cleaner that way. You must bring dirty towels to their laundry location and garbage to the dumpster in the parking lot when you leave or you will be charged $100 cleaning fee. No daily cleaning, no iron or ironing board. All can be requested. Door between the rooms was insufficient and we heard all the noise from the other room. Designated smoking area...

"This hotel feels like a small resort tucked away by the Hyannis harbor. It is a bit of a walk from Main St (15min) but still totally doable. Parking is a little crazy (understandably, as it's a prime location) and it's important for guests to know to take their room key with them when they leave, as it is needed to exit the parking lot. There is a key dropbox at the gate. If you forget your key in the room, there is a button to buzz the front desk to operate the gate. Otherwise, the pool and hot...

"This property is in a good location to get around easily. It is walkable to main st but it’s a little sketchy on transportation drive. The property was very musty smelling and humid but the rooms were cool. The property needs a total update even though it’s pricey. The pool was ok. The staff was kind. I probably wouldn’t stay there again if there was availability elsewhere."

"On our way to our room we had to go up a set of stairs they were disgusting looked like they hadn't seen a shampoo or vacuum in a year. Smelled also. In our room there was a oder kinda musty smelling. Also a black goop aound the windows. And very, very out dated property. Propert needs to be deep cleaned in and out. Maid service doesn't exist! Got clean towels only no bed made or vacuuming. Don't ever stay at this place!"

"It was a great place to stay. It was an easy 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach. They also had a lovely pool we enjoyed. My one suggestion would be to have a coffee machine in the room. Breakfast included doesn't open until 8 am."
