This guesthouse was in a quiet area of town, but still close to all the hotspots I wanted to see. Street parking was abundant and I will definitely stay here again.

The room was clean, neat and well appointed. It was exactly as described. I was a little concerned about the remote self check in and check out but it was convenient and worked flawlessly. The location of the unit allowed us to walk to all of the things we wanted to do in Key West without using our car. Street parking was available with a little searching. We will definitely stay again during future visits to the Keys.

Wonderful Experience

The house was adorable with the cool old Keys vibe. Liz was awesome and her communication regarding check in/check out made things effortless. Would definitely recommend and revisit.

I will say that the stay was excellent however, there are a few points of comfort that I’d like to bring up. For the cost, I would think that maybe you could invest in some better pillows that are more comfortable and not so bumpy and hard. Secondly, the canopy bed poles and peed the view of the television, and that might seem petty and minor, but looking at the TV screen with a pole in the way is just not very well it’s just annoying honestly. When we travel sometimes we’d like to watch television in bed and that was just not something that we enjoyed about the room.

I loved The Inn on Fleming

The location of the property was ideal. Close to everything but far enough not to be too noisy. Everything is at a walking distance. My bedroom, the Truman was, very comfortable: the queen bed with four pillows. It is nice to have your own fridge and ice maker in your room. The air conditioner was great. It is very convenient to have a kitchen available, and the water machine to fill your bottle before you leave the house for the day. The concierge was great and made easy to rent a bike or for anything you needed. I will definitely come back to Key West and stay in The Inn on Fleming.

Small space

Bathroom toilet impossible for grown men. Poor water pressure/constant temp. Signs of bugs/termites. Hoping not to transport any home with us

Room we were in was not very spacious especially the bathroom but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was grab and go, yogurt and bread/bagels left out to toast yourself. The backyard plunge pool is not heated and was too cold to use.

When the day came, I received a text message with code and instructions for room. It had a very key West feel to it all wooden in the hotel and stairway. Once in room I was pleasantly surprised. Great view of the street, great AC and comfortable bed. I was able to find parking right in front of 5h4 Fleming house. I would definitely stay again though maybe next time first floor. 5 stars for sure

We were not disappointed, as everything was within walking distance. Though it was remote checkin, the management team was helpful and accessible. Adult beverages and snacks were available, as was a continental breakfast each morning. We would stay again, but would choose a different room because the bathroom in the Truman was extremely small. The hotel's common areas were very nice, but we didn't use the outdoors space much because of the cool weather. Thank you Dwell Key West!

A Nice Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What we loved best about this stay was the large, open kitchen and living area (shared, but which we mostly had to ourselves). This is where we drank our coffee (available 24/7 - thank you!!), read, microwaved leftovers, ate deliciousness from nearby Old Town Bakery, and enjoyed the juiciest oranges (provided). Our Truman room was small but adequate. Loved having the fridge and ice maker! We didn’t use the concierge service, but it was available. Location was a bit farther from center Old Town than we would have preferred in the heat. Next time, I would get a larger room with a larger bed. This one wasn’t comfortable for two average plus older adults. One quick fix I would recommend to the owners: have a few different kinds of pillows. The ones in the Truman room, at least, were solid rbricks, not our preferred type.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful oasis away from the hustle and bustle of Duval! Really enjoyed the fine linens and well maintained property. Check in was a breeze. Easy to relax and read a book or visit with others guests in the central area or pool. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch watching KW awaken while sipping coffee. Great restaurant called Azur basically around the corner. Convenient to Bight terminal if you’re arriving by KW Express.
