"The hotel was in immaculate condition. The entry, service desk and rooms were well presented."

"This B&B is quite unique in an old bluestone cottage with lots of quirky antiques around the garden. The rooms are large and airy and the ensuite bathrooms are updated. The lounge area was cosy and would work well for a group."

"The bathroom door did not close, the electric blanket was burnt out at the switch, the heating on 30 only took the chill off the room. The freezer completely frozen. One light in the bathroom was not working and the other making a shorting out sound. When I went to talk about this the office was closed at 10.00am on a Monday. Very disappointed. We have stayed here before and it was fantastic. Obviously new owners."

We arrived as a group of four, and although I had advised that only two of us would be arriving initially, I had booked and paid for a two-bedroom cabin. Despite this, I was made to pay extra, which I felt was unfair. What made it even more frustrating was seeing other cabins with multiple guests, yet no one else seemed to be...
