  • Comfortable accommodation, centrally located next to the famous George Fisher climbing shop.. All on the Second Floor:

    Open plan living space.

    Living area: TV, CD Player

    Dining area.

    Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Combi Microwave/Oven/Grill, Fridge, Washing Machine

    Bedroom: Double (4ft 6in) Bed

    Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Electric heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. . Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Visit England 3 Star.. Royal Views is situated in Keswick town centre, next to the famous George Fisher climbing shop. All the amenities of this bustling town are on the doorstep, including shops, pubs, restaurants, the Leisure Pool, cinema and The Theatre by the Lake. A short 5-minute stroll will take you through Hope Park to the shores of Derwentwater, where you can board a launch to take you round this very scenic lake. The apartment is accessed by several flights of steps.



    The height of the handrail on the external steps is less than 1m. The gaps between the railings on the external steps are more than 10cms.

    There are large gaps between banister spindles.

Good location NO WIFI

This property is in a great location and with parking. We had no WiFi all week and contacted Cottages every day and it never got sorted. They had a maintenance guy come who said he changed the filter.....not too sure what filter is on the WiFi WiFi is essential to planning your days out . Would not book with cottages as they can't be bothered to help .

A well designed apartment just right for a couple, right in the centre of town with dedicated parking just round the corner. Lots of steps to get in, which was not a problem for us.The information folder is completely out of date, with much information no longer correct. We were given a WiFi code that was incorrect, and the router was unplugged, so the correct network did not show until we had found it. This was irritating, but did not detract from an otherwise ideal apartment.

The location just couldn't be better. The parking space was invaluable and the flat was very clean. We would stay again if it was avaliable next time we're up in The Lakes.

Small compact apartment in a great location. Had everything we needed just could have done with instructions for cooker, hot water and heating if you were there in winter otherwise an ideal apartment. Have looked at booking again but price seems to have shot up for Oct ?

We loved this flat.

We loved this flat. Felt like we had walked into a brand new apartment. Issue with hot water was fixed while we were out. Would recommend and return, no problem.
