"Excellent hotel overall. Clean. Good location with easy access to highways. Quiet. Decent breakfast. Clean, large pool. Friendly staff, but we had problems finding anyone working the front desk. There was almost never anyone there and we had issues with our room keys not working on 4 separate occasions. Pool is shared with the neighboring Hilton Garden Inn. "

"We reserved a suite with 3 beds for 6 adults and when tying to check in hey didn’t have that suite but offered us initially a room with a king, a pull out sofa bed and blankets for the floor. Uh nope! Staff and manager quickly found us 2 rooms so that only one couple slept on pull out and no one was on floor. Comp’ed us the room and gave us sodas and let us check in early. Staff was kind and calm and we figured out an acceptable solution together. Kudos to the team!!! Kindness wins every time!"
