"The Shepherds Rest was our favorite stay during our 2 week vacation to Ireland and Scotland. Very spacious, clean and welcoming. Especially loved our greeting of the black labs, so cute!! "I only gave it 4/5 on accuracy of the listing, because it was even better than I expected from the description. Karl, a low key, but attentive host, welcomed us with quick instructions on how to use some of the appliances, etc. The furnishings, cookware, dishes, and utensils were the best I have ever seen in a rental property—6 cutting boards!
