"Rooms are not really ADA. My husband has mobility issues and the toilet was like in an elementary school. Bathroom is very small. He needs his walker for safety and it was a “trick” to fit it in there. We will not be booking this property again. "

"From the time I checked inn tell I checked out was a great experience checking inn and out went smooth the property was secure didn’t have to worry about my car in the parking lot at night room was clean and comfortable I highly recommend the kent golden motel "

"I showed up and called the hotel for the shuttle. They said my room was given away to make space for an airline that booked 40 rooms. I was unable to book any other hotel in the seatac area. I had to go all the way to downtown Seattle, later in the evening to find a hotel. Nobody followed up with me. I tried contacting the manager. No response. "

"The expedia site showed a hot tub but there was none and the pool was not operational. "

"The room and everything was dirty. The toilet seat had urine stain when I checked it. Pillows has perfume smell from previous residence. Sink counter tray had crumbs and dirt."

"We enjoyed the complementary breakfast and th staff was really welcoming. However, there were ants on the bed and in the bathroom. They mobbed a cookie I had been saving lol. Also not pleased that there were 10+ screaming little children in the pool at 10:30pm. I guess that’s not the hotel’s responsibility though - more so the parents. Still unpleasant nonetheless. "

"The Room was disgusting. The furniture was broke up and chipped all over. The bed was lumpy, wore down, & stained as were the sheets. The wall had holes and a brown unknown smear on it. The fridge and microwave was dated and old. The name Value says it all. Definitely low budget motel, not hotel.The color of the motel on it's ad is not even the color. I paid up-front for 2 day's but stayed none. "

"I did not get the room that i had booked. Instead i got a hadicaped capable room there where no towls or toiletries and the heater/ac ubit did not work at all. In fact it did not even turn on. "

"This property is run down and needs a major cleaning it smells of marijuana and urine in the hallway . I would absolutely not stay here again . I didn’t feel safe but I arrived late at night so I stayed . I want a refund if possible. "
