"Clean room, friendly staff, great breakfast, convenient parking. The only thing is that in the summer, the AC will not go below 64°. I know that seems cold to some people, but it felt way too hot for our family."

"We found a roach in our closet. The jacuzzi wouldn’t warm up either. The hotel was decent aside from worrying about bugs once we found one in the closet"

"All of the staff were friendly and accommodating! Our room was clean and the breakfast was good but I wish they add turkey breakfast meats to the menu. Also, the breakfast area was very clean! We really appreciated the free parking, and there were plenty of parking spaces available! Thanks Hampton Inn and Suites, we look forward to returning someday soon!"

"Was a good stay stay if i count it by room , but lift was not working, hot tub didn't work, toiletries were not filled, room service for cleaning was not given even when we told them to. Breakfast was very basic."

"we arrived at 2am, the lobby smelled bad, we booked a king size room, they said they needed to give 2 queens, the king bed were in the back and ppl do not good things back there, (that should have been our clue to leave) we got to the room and it was 2 full size beds, we went back to desk he then gave us a king size room, we walked in and it smelled like rat pee, the chair was nasty and the seat looked like the stuffing had been removed, the couch not only had stains, there was dried food...

"Stay Away. I had two rooms. First room smelled of rotten garbage, weed and cigarettes. Fridge didn't work and had fowl oder. Floor was sticky and dirty. New room had same smell maybe worse. Plumbing didn't work. Asked for help was given a plunger and told to plunger it myself. Other problems too just dont have time to list Long-term residence live here so think about that"

"Lots of homeless looking people in the parking lot. Drug people staying in downstairs rooms. The room was extremely basic but was clean. I could hardly sleep worrying about my car in the parking lot and our safety in general."

"Room 034 is located next to an automatic door that opens whenever someone approaches, and the constant opening and closing makes a terrible noise throughout the night."

"The hallways were dirty. The smell of dope hit you in the face when you entered the building. Our shower didn’t work."

"This property was too far from SeaTac and the Link station. Also there are no restaurants within walking distance."

"We stay here anytime we have to be in SeaTac - it’s just lovely all around, I don’t ever care to stay elsewhere! Comfy rooms, and we love the community living rooms with yummy snacks. The restaurant is fabulous and the staff are kind, and take great pride in providing excellent service."

"Staff are friendly and very accommodating, We arrived and give a us room with dirty linens on the table and unmade bed. Give us a different room, disgusting. Bed frame is made of metal frame,Squeaky and dirty looks like human dead skin cells around it! Pillows are paper thin! Clog bathroom sink with hairs from previous guess probably. Free coffee with no creamer? Kidding me? Homeless car parked on hotel parking lot! Beware! Check out 11 am. 10:35am staff asked to clean room. Dang!"
