"Wonderful staff especially behind the counter and this is really what sets this property apart. The rooms were really nice as well. Also the breakfast was not just an after thought. They prepared a great breakfast with many choices. Kudos to the cleaning crew as well! The staff worked really hard to make our stay great even though our vacation turned into a hospital stay for my wife because of the altitude in other parts of Colorado."

"I loved how incredibly nice everyone was! So accommodating! Even walking me to where the coffee was, in the morning, and showing me how to make it! My mate has breathing issues and they made sure we were by an elevator so he wouldn’t have to walk far. The room was great and clean! Breakfast was delicious!"

"Got charged an extra almost $300 at check in because of an accidental mismatch of the Expedia quote we head and the hotels nightly prices. When we brought this up to the staff, they were so helpful and immediately changed our package to match the Expedia one we were shown online! Can’t remember the front desk ladies name, but she was incredibly helpful! Will say that she was SLAMMED and we had to wait about 15 minutes in line to check in, so maybe they need to have more people working front...

"This was overall a great stay! The room was clean and comfortable. They only offered valet parking for $45, but we ended up parking at a lot right next to the hotel and paid a lot less. The breakfast was a pretty basic hotel breakfast. We only stayed for one night and it was perfect for that. Front desk person wasn’t the friendliest, but that didn’t affect our stay. I would recommend this place for families especially, because they have pack and play for kids."
