Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 5 bedroom/5 bath property, which can comfortably sleep up to 12 people. With two kitchens, a spacious dining room with farm style table, grill, and 600+ square foot deck, this home is perfect for families and large groups. Located near the beach and within walking distance to Dock Square, guests can enjoy an afternoon of fun activities and later watch the sunset from the deck or spend time around the fire pit at night.

This home is comprised of a 4 bedroom/4 bathroom home with a bonus attached 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment - when you rent this home, you are able to use both spaces! The apartment can be accessed from the interior of the main home, and also has a separate outside entrance, should you wish to use that as well. Each of the 5 bedrooms has a queen size bed, with 4 additional single size fold-out cots available for use as well.

Linens, blankets, and towels are included as part of the rental, and the home's two kitchens are fully stocked with dinnerware, pots/pans, cooking equipment, etc. You also have access to a large grill and outdoor dining area on the wraparound deck.

Set back and secluded in the forest, yet less than 2 miles to the closest beach and within walking distance to Dock Square restaurants and shopping, this property offers something for everyone!

Please note that security cameras are located on the exterior of the property and noise monitoring devices (only measures the level of sound, not able to record conversations) are located on the exterior of the property as well.

We spent our family Thanksgiving at this house. Perfect size and accommodations for all of us. Also plenty of the basics that we needed. We also enjoyed a very nice walk into town. It was our first time staying in Kennebunkport as we usually stay in Ogunquit or Wells but I think we found a new favorite!

We had a wonderful weekend at this home! There were 10 of us (5 couples) - the beds were great and the common areas were spacious and comfortable. We were tucked away in the back of a neighborhood which made us feel remote but the downtown area was so close. If you're in a larger group and visiting the area, this is a great location!

Enjoyed the secluded feel of the driveway and yard, yet being walking distance to Dock Square & Ocean Ave. The closets were spacious with many cots and extra mattresses for the kids. Communications with the property management was great. The gym in the garage is also a very nice touch.The kitchen could be better stocked with cooking utensils/bowls, serving dishes for cooking/serving for large groups. But overall was fantastic.

Property description on VRBO was very accurate to our overall experience staying here. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, but the main floor is a very attractive feature for socializing in a big group. Nitpicking:-- water pressure in showers wasn't fantastic.-- sound carries pretty noticeably throughout the house. Not an issue for my group w/ children, but I can imagine a different group wishing for something else.

Our family enjoyed this house for 3 nights this past week. It had so much space inside and outside. Our beds were comfortable, most of us had a private bathroom as well.2 nights of firepit fun, the large deck was perfect for games and grilling.The owner was extremely helpful with restaurant suggestions and took care of a .minor issue promptly.Our 2 dogs were perfect houseguests. This property is set back in a secluded area, yet so convenient to walk to Dock Square. We would love to return to this fabulous property.

Perfect Stay for Families

This home was perfect for our family's short stay in Kennebunkport. It was well equipped and in a great location—tucked away in a lovely residential area with an easy walk to town and drive to the beach. The kids had fun playing cornhole in the yard, and the beach parking pass was a huge plus—it made our beach visits so easy without having to navigate local parking rules. The fact that the property is dog-friendly was amazing and was what initially attracted us to the property. The game/exercise room in the garage was a nice bonus and had great potential for added fun, though it did have a musty smell that was challenging for our allergies. Overall, we enjoyed our time here—the home was comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. We didn't use the attached apartment, but it was a great space as well.

Perfect - exactly what we were looking for!

We had a great stay in the property. It was everything we were after, spacious, clean and walking distance to the town to enjoy the Christmas festivities. Kennebunkport is a magical place and we are glad we got to enjoy it in the perfect home.

family reunion/Wedding in Maine

Our stay was lovely. Michael the host was very responsive to our needs and requests. The home is situated on a lovely private lot, with a fire pit, grill and the location cannot be beat. A quick walk to Dock Square with many restaurants and shops. Easy access to the highway and route 1. A wonderful space to spend time with family and relax. Lots of room to spread out and a large eating area to gather and enjoy. We/I highly recommend this property!

kennebunkport is a dream

The house was enormous. Fit us all and we could've still had more people. A few issues to change was the bathroom shower curtains they are way too heavy and too dark. And we and several of the rooms did not have any lamps next to the bed. After we were nestled in the bed and realized we had to get up and turn off the lights making it inconvenient . I wish we would've had more time there it was certainly way too short. Walking to town every day that we were there was so special looking at all the old homes on our walks with so much fun.

Beautiful Maine Home

We had a wonderful time at this rental with our group. It was hidden off in the tall trees with a very large private parking area for our bus/van. Space was never an issue. The patio/fire pit under the trees was beautiful! All rooms/beds were very comfortable. The house had very large common areas that was perfect for our group of 7 ladies. Wed love to visit again!

It would have been nice

It would have been nice to have known that the oven did not work. We were celebrating a birthday and the girls were trying to bake a cake only to find out that the oven was not working. The trash in the storage shed had not been taken out for weeks. It smelled horrible. Door to the garage apartment creaked so loud that you woke up anyone that was sleeping upstairs. Highly recommend a tub slip mat for garage apartment tub. The air conditioner inside was very moldy. On the good side the location was great. You can truly walk to town. The area is beautiful and quiet. The maintenance staff came quickly when a smoke detector kept chirping.

Amazing house, can hold a LOT of people, close to town

We booked a last minute stay and this was the closest home to town. We only had 4 people and this house was absolutely huge for us. This house could easily fit 3 families. There are 4 main bedrooms with 3 total full baths. Then a large separate apartment with an additional two full bathrooms. The kitchen is updated and large and all the bathrooms are relatively recently remodeled. We would 100% stay here again and would absolutely recommend it to friends/family. I want to emphasize that we really loved the style, but it might not be for everyone. It is an older farmhouse style home and while it is clean and bathrooms/kitchen are updated, they are not "brand new remodel" updated. If you need a spotless joanna gaines style remodel this might not be the place for you. If you can appreciate the terms well loved, well worn, treasured, cherished, and nostalgic, then it will be perfect for you. The house is completely surrounded by trees/forest which mostly hide the other houses from view (in the spring). There is an S drive so you cant see the street. This made it feel like an isolated cabin in the woods. The location is 100% walkable to the main town and we felt safe having our 11 and 8 year old walk on their own. Would 10/10 recommend to friends/family.

Perfect Home for Family and Friends Getaway

The house was clean, open, bright, and comfortable. And the outside deck was perfect for our crew. We enjoyed be so close to town but also removed and quiet. The owners were super helpful. I highly recommend staying here and would love to return.
