Welcome to Kennebunk! Pristine location, walk to town, kid and dog friendly!

  • Welcome to our family friendly home in historic Kennebunk. Located in a private cul de sac in a wonderful neighborhood. We are less then a 7 minute drive to beaches, and a short walk to downtown. Your furry friend is welcome upon approval, with no fee. Welcoming backyard. Parking available for up to 4 cars. Two Kennebunk beach passes provided.

    The perfect home from which to embark on your daily adventures! The summertime offers no shortage of fun in the sun! From lazy beach days, to biking around town, hiking/strolling the numerous local trails, Saturday morning farmers markets, and nights at Garden Street Bowl, we truly hope you enjoy our community and all it has to offer as much as we do!

    Upon entering our home we hope you feel right at “at home.” Our large eat in kitchen is the perfect place to gather after a day of fun and adventures. Kick back and relax on the back deck, fire up the grill or roast some s’mores by the fire pit. The kids can swing on the swing set or play a game of corn hole.

    The brand new large family room has plenty of seating and an electric fireplace in the case of a chilly morning. Read a book and enjoy your morning coffee in one of the two floral chairs overlooking the bird feeders and private backyard.

    The main floor bedroom is the perfect space to make this a two-family getaway! With a little sitting space and a door that takes you out to the deck if you so choose to use it in that fashion. It is also a covered with a curtain for privacy. A propane fireplace adds to the decor of the room.

    Upstairs there are three bedrooms in total. The master suite has a bathroom with a shower attached. Across the hall is the “pink room” and additional bedroom, both have a set of bunk beds. A pack n play is available for use as well. The rooms have books, and children’s toys.

Great spot not far from Kennebunk, kennebunkport & beach. The house has a great layout for larger group of family. Being dog family was a huge plus. Air conditioning in most rooms and fans in others at check in during heat wave was welcome. Owners super communicative when we had questions which was great!

South Coast Maine

My family, including adult sister and her dog and my two young kids, had a great week in Kennebunk. We explored the beaches in the area and enjoyed lots of good food and ice cream. Seven Quail Run was a perfect home base: clean, spacious, comfortable, and central to everything.

We had a lovely stay! The house is quite big and would be great for multiple families. The house has most of what you’ll need (bring extra beach towels if 4 won’t be enough!). Also, not all bedrooms have air conditioning, but the house is pretty well shaded so it wasn’t an issue for us.

It was a great house with lots of room to move around. Everyone had a spot to relax and enjoy the down time. Kenne is a cute town with some nice restaurants and relatively quiet beaches. Thanks for hosting us!

We were so pleased with this welcoming home. A perfect place to unwind after the beach, a hike and a visit to Portland. Everything you need is here and the home is so very comfortable. Highly recommended. Hosts were always available.

7 Quail Run

We loved this home and Amanda was very responsive when we had questions! The location was great in a quiet neighborhood but close to all the beaches/attractions. She left us with 2 beach passes for 2 cars which were so useful for beach parking! Highly recommend this clean, beautiful home.
