"My experience was highly unsatisfactory. Despite booking and paying for two rooms, we were relocated to a different property and provided with only one room, requiring four adults to share a cramped space. This disruptive change was communicated to me just two hours prior to check-in. The actual room and property were completely different and inferior to the advertised images, leading me to believe this is a recurring issue for guests."

"The stay was very good . Rooms were very spacious . Hall ,2 bedrooms, kitchen , dining and balcony . But only one bathroom and that too with poor drainage. The only issue was about the kitchen sink and bathroom tub drainage . Water was not going through only it got accumulating. We did mail to the property manager but were disappointed by them for not taking timely action. "

"The room was perfect for me and my fiancé. We spent a week in Switzerland in the apartment was in the perfect spot for us to catch the bus or train and Aldi’s and cops were right around the corner. "This was one of the most affordable properties we found in Zurich. The room we stayed in had one bed, a sofa couch, and kitchen. The space was exactly what we needed. The AC unit provided is one that uses a tube through a window, meaning you have to have the window open in order to use it. This wasn't a huge issue since it was a little chilly during our stay so we didn't have to use it the whole time. This building is near nightlife though, so just be mindful that if you do need to open a window...
